General Directions

From the North:

Take the Garden State Parkway South to Exit #13 (Avalon - Swainton). Turn left onto Avalon Boulevard and proceed approximately 2 miles to our island. Avalon Real Estate Agency is at the second traffic light on the far left hand corner.


From the South:

Take Interstate 95 North to the Delaware Memorial Bridge, near Wilmington. After crossing the bridge into New Jersey, take Route 40 East to Route 55 South to the end, then follow Route 47 to Route 83, turn left on Route 83 to Route 9. Turn right onto Route 9 South and go approximately 1-mile to the traffic light at Avalon Boulevard. Turn left on Avalon Boulevard and proceed approximately 2 miles to our island. Avalon Real Estate Agency is at the second traffic light on the far left hand corner.

From the West:
Pennsylvania Turnpike East to Exit 24 (Valley Forge). Follow Route 76 East to Walt Whitman Bridge to Route 42 South to Atlantic City Expressway East to Exit 7-S, Garden State Parkway. Take the Parkway to Exit 13 (Avalon - Swainton). Turn left onto Avalon Boulevard and proceed approximately 2 miles to our island. Avalon Real Estate Agency is at the second traffic light on the far left hand corner.
